Q:  How do you do installs?

A:  We start by attaching an antenna.  Depending on your location the antenna may need to be outside, but if you are close enough to our antennas in some cases the antenna can be mounted indoors.  After that, we route the coaxial cable from the antenna to your computer.  When that is done, we install the radio equipment in your home, and to complete the install, we configure your computers to access the internet through our wireless network.

Q:  How do I gain access to the internet once my install is done?

A:  Once your installation is completed, your computer will have a constant broadband connection to the internet.  Just open your browser and start surfing!

Q:  How fast will it be?

A:  Our service is a 256 kbps internet connection and it is "burstable" to 512 kbps.  These speeds are comparable to DSL and cable internet services.
